External Exhaust Valve
External exhaust valve, G3-M, is used to prevent the leak tester from being contaminated by externally discharging the filthy air contains water and oil from tested parts. The exhaust valve is installed between the tested part and the master and the leak tester to effect external exhaust. G3-M is controlled by the leak tester.

Feature of the built-in Air-operated valve:
• Highly durable: Special structure called Guard type, which functions stably over long period of time even if contaminated air goes through.
• Internal deformation and thermal effects are minimized, which is most suitable for air leak test.
• The specially designed air operated valve prevents the occurrence of a leak, small volume change, or temperature change that could cause leak test errors.
• The sliding part and the detection circuit are designed to be separated from each other to prevent the exhaust valve from malfunctioning due to dust. The ports to be connected to the tested part and the master are provided with a specially designed filter
• The availability of a large flow rate minimizes the effect on the pressurizing time and exhausting time for the tested part
• The integrated structure enables air to be exhausted simultaneously on the tested part and master sides. The pilot pressure is controlled with an air leak tester that supports the external exhaust valve
